Eve Feinberg, MD

Medical Director, Northwestern Center for Fertility and Reproductive Medicine | Associate Professor, Department of Ob/Gyn, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine

Dr. Feinberg is an Associate Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and serves as the REI Fellowship Program Director as well as the Medical Director for Northwestern Fertility and Reproductive Medicine.  She is the immediate past-President of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and is an Associate Editor for Fertility and Sterility and the creator and co-host of Fertility and Sterility On-Air podcast.  Dr. Feinberg is a fierce advocate for women’s health and reproductive choice and and has written opinion pieces have been published in the Washington Post, STATnews, Rewire, The Hill and Time magazine. She serves on the national medical committee for Planned Parenthood Federation of American. Dr. Feinberg is also the Founder and President of the Chicago Coalition for Family Building, a collaborative not-for-profit organization that provides financial assistance to individuals and couples who are struggling with infertility. 

She is also the proud mom of 3 children made with love and science.

Hugh Taylor, MD

Anita O'Keeffe Young Professor and Chair, Department of Obstetrics Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at Yale School of Medicine and Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Professor of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental biology at Yale University.

Dr. Hugh Taylor received his undergraduate training at Yale University and received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale. His postdoctoral training included a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility as well as a fellowship in Molecular Biology, both at Yale. Dr. Taylor is a board-certified specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology. His clinical research centers on endometriosis and fibroids. His basic science research focuses on uterine development, endometriosis, endocrine disruption, and on stem cells. He is a recipient of 10 National Institutes of Health research grants, directs The Yale Center for Reproductive Biology, and has published more than 400 articles in leading medical journals.​ ​He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine. He has served as President of the Society for Reproductive Investigation and is the president of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine in 2021.

His clinical interests include IVF, infertility, endometriosis, implantation, menopause, uterine anomalies, and Asherman's syndrome.

Jennifer Fay Kawwass, MD

Associate Professor, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, Gyn/OB, Emory University School of Medicine | Medical Director, Emory Reproductive Center | Research and Registry Committees, Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology | Guest Researcher, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Dr. Kawwass, a graduate of Davidson College and University of Virginia Medical School, moved to Atlanta in 2007 to begin her Ob/Gyn Residency and REI Fellowship training at Emory University during which time she received numerous teaching, surgical, and research awards and was elected by her faculty and peers as an Administrative Chief Resident.

She is a member of the ASRM Zika Task Force and the ASRM COVID 10 Task Force. Her publications have received national press, including interviews by the Associated Press and USA Today.  She is among a handful of physicians nationally who were chosen by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine to participate in the CREST Scholars Program.

Dr. Kawwass is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Kawwass’ interests outside of medicine include distance running, foreign travel, and spending time at the beach with her husband and two children.

Robin Fogle, MD

Fertility Specialist, Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine

Robin H. Fogle, MD, joined Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine in the Fall of 2007 after completing her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, Los Angeles, California. Dr. Fogle earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering Summa Cum Laude from Tulane University and her medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where she was awarded the prestigious Janet Glasgow citation for academic distinction. Dr. Fogle completed her residency at Emory University School of Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Atlanta, Georgia, where her faculty and peers elected her to serve as chief resident from 1999-2000.

Dr. Fogle has received several awards for her research as a fertility specialist, including the Menopause Research Award and Val Davajan Fellow Award from the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society. Additionally, she has authored several peer-reviewed manuscripts in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She was recently named an Atlanta Top Doctor in the field of reproductive endocrinology.

A native of Texas, Dr. Fogle's interests outside of medicine include spending time with her family, jogging and ballet. She is married with three sons.

Sarah Lee, RN

Nurse Manager, Conceptions Reproductive Associates

Sarah is a graduate of the Denver School of Nursing. She is a strong supporter of embryo donation, and built the internal Conceptions embryo donation program from the ground up.

Michael Baker, PhD, HCLD

Embryology Laboratory Director, Aspire Fertility TX and Denver Fertility

Dr. Michael Baker serves Aspire Fertility TX and Denver Fertility as the Embryology Laboratory Director and the lead Embryologist. He fell in love with Embryology the day he first witnessed a sperm fertilize an egg and passionately supports embryo donation from the vantage point of the IVF laboratory. 

Michael majored in Genetics at Texas A&M University and obtained his Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology from U.T. Southwestern Medical Center. He completed his embryology training at the largest IVF clinic in Florida where he optimized his technical skill set and honed his success rates. Dr. Baker is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysts as a Technical Supervisor in Embryology and as a High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director. Michael is also the President of the Colorado Association of Reproductive Biologists (CART), a regional professional embryology organization dedicated to continued education and the improvement of fertility treatment across the state of Colorado. 

Dr. Baker’s expertise in regard to embryology, genetics and embryo cryopreservation provides EC with a deep scientific understanding of embryo quality, further optimizing the chances of success for each and every embryo donation.

Madeline Licker Feingold, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Madeline Licker Feingold, Ph.D. has been a licensed psychologist in since 1985 and has extensive experience in infertility counseling and in all aspects of alternative family building through egg, sperm, and embryo donation and gestational surrogacy, consulting with intended parents and gamete donors, and facilitating collaborative reproduction arrangements. Dr. Feingold has served as the Chair of the Mental Health Professional Group of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, is a Mental Health Advisor to Parents Via Egg Donation, and has been a former member of the Mental Health Advisory Group for Resolve.

Deb Rich, PhD, LP, CPLC

Psychologist & Owner, Shoshana Center for Reproductive Health Psychology

Deb Rich has a vision to engage perinatal professionals in cross-disciplinary collaboration through interactive small group training, consultation on program development and participating in community resource allocation.

Her clinical specialties include challenges of pregnancy including pregnancy loss, infant death, diagnosis of severe fetal abnormality and infertility. Expertise in LGBTQ+family building. Professional and academic teaching.

It is the rare psychotherapist who has trained with national perinatal leadership for over 30 years. In addition, she served 13 years as Coordinator of Pregnancy Loss Services embedded within the Perinatal Service Line of a major medical system, a position nearly always held by nurses. As the first and only person in that role, she was instrumental in program development, implementation of medical best practice and staff training. This exposure informs her deep understanding of the experience from the perspective of the patient and the caregivers. Other exceptional qualifications: Resolve Through Sharing (RTS) certified 1989, RTS National Faculty since 2006. Founding Board Member of Pregnancy Loss and Infant Death Alliance 2002. Creator of MommaCare TM training and consultation. 

Ellen Trachman, JD

Trachman Law Center (TLC), Colorado Surrogacy, and Montana Surrogacy

Ellen Trachman founded Trachman Law Center, LLC in order to bring dedicated and compassionate legal representation to those wishing to build a family through assisted reproductive technology. Ms. Trachman completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and law school at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

She is a member of the American Bar Association Assisted Reproductive Technology Committee, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the Colorado LGBT Bar Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and RESOLVE, the national infertility association. Ellen brings dedicated and compassionate legal representation to those wishing to build a family through assisted reproductive technology. She listens to your needs, and develops an agreement that works for both parties and stands up to the law. TLC supports all donors and recipients.

Ellen is an advocate for helping families, adept at managing embryo law in all 50 states, and experienced with most fertility clinics across the US. She is a wise listener and astute guide in the process. Ellen is also the mother of 4 beautiful children.

Marla Neufeld, Esq.

Partner, Greenspoon Marder LLP

Marla Neufeld is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group, which she founded, and represents parties working with a surrogate, egg, sperm or embryo donor. Ms. Neufeld experienced her own infertility journey for many years and ultimately worked with a gestational surrogate to build her own family. She co-authored a book published by the American Bar Association titled, The ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues and Pathways to Success and was the winner of the Law360, Distinguished Legal Writing Awards, Burton Awards for her article she co-authored  titled, The A, B, Cs (along with CDCs and FDAs) of Regulatory Implications over Assisted Reproductive Technology” published in the ABA Health Law Journal in 2019.

Drawing from her own personal journey with infertility and the use of a gestational surrogate, Ms. Neufeld utilizes her transactional law background and combines it with her compassion and understanding of the surrogacy and adoption process. She focuses on helping others start a family using the available third party reproductive technologies and adoption laws. Legal services offered include representation on behalf of intended parents, surrogates, egg, sperm, and embryo donation agreements, finalization of parental right proceedings and adoption proceedings in Florida. 

Amy Erickson Hagen, MS, TS (ABB)

Vice President of Special Projects and Quality Assurance, ReproTech, Ltd

Amy received her Master of Science in Reproductive Physiology from Colorado State University and BS in Animal and Range Science from North Dakota State University. Amy joined ReproTech in 2015 and has over 12 years of project management and regulatory compliance experience in the reproductive industry. Amy served as Corporate Compliance Officer at Genetics & IVF Institute which includes a sperm bank, egg bank and infertility practice. Her experience ranges from placental IUGR research, Laboratory Technician at an IVF clinic to Cryobank Manager and Technical Director. Amy has advocated for sperm banking prior to cancer treatment through partnering with Fertile Hope and LIVESTRONG to offer a national financial aid program for cancer patients to bank sperm and a mail-in sperm banking kit as recognized in the Wall Street Journal. Amy currently serves on the Programs Committee with the American Association of Tissue Banks, holds membership in the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories, and RESOLVE, as well as the American Board of Bioanalysts. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children watching sporting events and attending the kid’s activities.
