Donating our embryos and watching a stranger become a mom to our genetic baby has been one of the most uncomplicated complicated things we have ever done! We spent so much time agonizing about whether this was the stupidest/craziest thing to do, or the most amazingly awesome. Turns out it was the latter!

When I look at my amazing daughters, I am sometimes reminded of the five embryos we had remaining after we knew our journey to parenthood was complete.

We were blessed with identical twins from our first of sixteen embryos - so deciding what to do with the other 15 was an emotionally fraught journey, and the logistics involved were overwhelming!
